We've simplified several aspects of the billing process in preparation for upcoming additions to CheckCentral's billing options. Organizations that decide to change their subscription plans will now remain on the greater plan for the duration of their billing cycle, allowing for a simpler transition to the new plan.
We've also added social media links to the bottom of dashboard pages to help you spread the word about CheckCentral. Sharing through these links will not expose any information about your organization or CheckCentral account, so please go ahead and share on your favourite service!
In addition to these updates, we also released some behind-the-scenes enhancements and bug fixes, including a bug that displayed incorrect expected hours for Checks.
With the addition of additional information to billing histories, we've added a new dedicated billing history page that will allow organization administrators to examine the entire history of changes and payments made by the organization. The page includes expanded information about each history item, and can be accessed from the current simplified Billing History table or via navigation at Organization > History.
For organizations evaluating CheckCentral, we've also made your free trial status an entry in your "Current Issues" dashboard to ensure information about your trial is always easily accessible.
In addition to these updates, we've also released several other behind-the-scenes improvements and bug fixes, inlcuding a fix to an issue that could prevent unmatched messages from being properly re-processed against new checks.
We're excited to announce some updates to CheckCentral!
We've added a new permission level for users, simply called "User". This permission level allows for pausing and un-pausing checks, and manually setting check statuses, but does not allow editing of check rules. The new level is the default setting for adding new users.
In addition, the existing level "Read/Write" has been renamed to "Manager".
We've added the option to enter a tax identification number for organizations that require it. The tax number will be included on invoices and receipts from CheckCentral.
As well, we've added more information to the Billing History table on your organization's subscription page, to help keep track of changes and payments that have been made.
We've also added the ability to delete all currently unmatched messages at once, to simplify managing your activity history. This feature is available on the Recent Activity page with filtering set to show unmatched messages.
In addition, we improved several warnings and error messages across CheckCentral to make them clearer and more accurate.
We're excited to announce that we've recently released several updates to CheckCentral!
We've added a "Description" field to checks and check groups, so that you can add additional notes about the check or group.
There's also a new "Time of Day" parameter for checks, so that you can exclude certain hours in addition to the existing ability to exclude specific days.
The Stats tab now has additional filtering capability so that you can easily find the information you're looking for. As an example, you can setup the filter to only show checks that have failed at least 2 times in the last 7 days.
In addition to these updates, we've also made improvements to CheckCentral's email processing and other behind-the-scenes upgrades to keep everything running smoothly.
We're excited to announce that we've released several updates to CheckCentral, including new options for receiving notifications and updated check configuration settings!
We've added a new option to help you process incoming messages. Advanced matching expressions provide a simple yet powerful way to create conditions that are more complicated or more specific than the existing options. For example, you can now create rules based on the number of occurences of a word or phrase, or to require a one word while excluding another. To see all of the ways you can use complex matches see the documentation.
As well, the thresholds for late message warnings have been expanded to provide additional flexibility for setting up your checks.
You can now be notified when CheckCentral does not recognize a new email, to help you stay on top of any message that comes in to your organization. We've also added support to send CheckCentral notifications with Pushbullet and Pushover, so you can get updated more ways than ever!
In addition to these updates, we've also made improvements to CheckCentral's email processing and other behind-the-scenes upgrades to keep everything running smoothly.
The latest versions of the CheckCentral mobile apps now support custom push notification sounds, so that you can customize your alerts to your liking! The custom notification sounds are available in version 1.4 and up, so if you're not seeing those options in the Settings on the mobile app, switch to the Help page and scroll to the bottom of the page to make sure that you're running 1.4 or higher.
You can set the notification sound for each notification type (Success, Warning, and Failure). For each type, you can choose either the System Default, CheckCentral Default, or a custom notification sound on your device.
To configure the notification sounds:
If you don't receive the test notification when you tap the Test button, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap the Re-register button to try re-registering your device for push notifications.
